SurfAid International is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the alleviation of human suffering through community-based health programs. We perform our work in isolated regions connected to us through surfing and are professional, highly energized, innovative and youthful in our outlook. SurfAid has program offices in Indonesia and fundraising affiliates in Australia, the United States and New Zealand.

SurfAid International is now seeking an outstanding individual to come onboard as Website Administrator. Based in North Sydney and reporting to the SurfAid Schools Program Manager, the role is full-time and will be responsible for:

SurfAid Schools Program:

  • Updating and maintaining the content and functionality of the Schools Program website
  • Assist Schools Program Manager with continued development of Schools Program website
  • Provision of backend administrative support to the Schools Program Manager
  • Maintenance of registration database
  • Monthly and quarterly analytics reporting to the Schools Program Manager
  • Preparation and coordination of email campaigns
  • Revise and reformat resource uploads as required
  • Preparation and coordination of registrations, materials and website forms related to Schools Program annual competitions


SurfAid International:

  • Updating and maintaining the content and functionality of the SurfAid International website in coordination with the International Communications Director
  • Maintenance of donor/membership database
  • Formatting and dissemination of the quarterly eNewsletter for the Australian, New Zealand and US databases
  • Monthly and quarterly analytics reporting to the Australian and US Development Managers
  • Coordination of the annual donor mail out


The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification, have demonstrated website/IT experience and extensive knowledge and experience managing multiple CMS’s effectively. In addition they will be highly organised, detail orientated, motivated and posses strong prioritizing and effective communication skills. An understanding of the function of non-profits and humanitarian programs is preferred. The person will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a desire to work with an inspirational and committed team.
