Swim 4 Humanity 2010
Swim 4 Humanity 2010 is now open for individual and team registrations. This year, Swim 4 Humanity will take place in six locations in California, New York, and New Jersey. Participants ask friends and family to sponsor them in a 30 minute lap swim, and may also choose to participate in a competitive freestyle lap swim and fun relay race. Swim 4 Humanity 2010 will be held this March in California and May on the east coast. Watermans: Applied Science Presents:"Paddle 4 Humanity"
Attention all Surfers, Paddlers, and Watersports Enthusiasts. May 1st, Watermans: Applied Science will host the second annual "Paddle 4 Humanity" at Doheny State Park located in beautiful Dana Point, California. This year's event features a jog-a-thon type online fundraising platform with a round trip ticket to Indonesia going to the top individual fundraiser! Show your support for the SurfAid cause by participating in the 2-mile fun paddle or battle it out with the big dogs in the 6-Mile Elite Race for over $5,000 in cash prizes! All proceeds from this event will go directly to SurfAid International to help support their efforts in bring Malaria education and prevention, sustainable clean water projects, and sanitation to parts of the world connected to us through surfing. Please join us in our effort to raise $100,000 for such a worthy cause.
